Full field 2v1 ground balls into a fast break
This is a competitive drill that works on ground balls, transition and fast breaks. It is fun as the players can really just get after it.

Figure 8 shooting in close
This is a great drill to work on crisp passing and proper technique when receiving the ball shooting it in front of the goal in tight space

6 Person Cradling Relay
This engaging drill enhances conditioning and cradling skills, requiring players to sprint with the lacrosse ball across various field markers in a relay format. Each player in teams of six runs every segment of the field, transferring the ball at designated cones, ensuring a full-speed practice of fundamentals.

Cut Feed Score
This is a great team drill to work on feeding the ball for the quick stick goal. For the defense it is a great drill to work on communication and keeping your head on a swivel.

2 Balls 4 Players Stick Drill
I really like this drill as it is an alternative to the old school line drills as the kids get many more touches. A great stick work drill to start every practice or warm up before games where players get into small groups of 4 and get a lot of touches.
RLine Possession Drill
This is a great transition drill to work in stick skills and team work.
3V2 Dynamic Scramble Drill Drill
The drill is designed to enhance stick skills, shooting accuracy, and defensive tactics in a fast-paced, game-like environment. It focuses on improving players' decision-making, field awareness, and communication through continuous dynamic play.

1 on 1 Progression to 7 on 7
This is a great drill to work on different circumstances that can come up in a live game during an unsettled situation.

Full Field 3 Speed Conditioning
A conditioning drill with linear, lateral as well as short, medium, and long sprints.

Box Out Roll Out and Pass
This is a fun drill focusing on boxing out, picking up the ground ball and rolling out to make a clean outlet pass.
Dropping Into the 8 Meter
This drill trains players in quick stick passing and rapid transitions from attack to defense, using a dynamic 5v4 setup where players must sprint into the 8 meter area, focusing on strategic positioning and defensive coverage. Key coaching points include maintaining awareness by keeping sticks and heads up while dropping into the defensive end at an angle and effectively marking the most threatening opponent when outnumbered.
