The Five-Person Weave Drill: Building Stick Skills Through High-Touch Passing

The five-person weave is a fast, dynamic passing drill designed to give players more touches and improve their stick control. Instead of scrimmaging with 24 players and only one ball, this drill forces constant movement, catching, flipping, and finishing with a shot. It teaches girls to handle the ball in their outside hand, communicate, time their cuts, and finish under pressure. This is a great option for any coach who wants a high-energy drill with clear purpose and simple structure.
