How to make a lacrosse play
- Choose Men's or Women's and a half-field or full-field view. Use a half field for a settled offense or a full field for a clear or transition drill.
- Place offensive players, defenders, and a ball. Draw player movement arrows for cuts, ball movement arrows for passes, and pick lines for screens.
- Select Add frame to advance players along their arrows. Adjust the next phase and add a frame note to explain the timing or a coaching cue. Press Play to watch the sequence.
- Use PNG for a diagram, Video for an animated export, or Print for a practice card showing the frames. Members can also save the play and share a link with their team.
