Agreement to These Terms

By visiting LaxPlaybook, creating an account, purchasing access or products, downloading resources, submitting forms, or using site tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and Accounts

LaxPlaybook is intended for adults, including coaches and other adults involved in lacrosse. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your password, and all activity that occurs through your account.

You may not share login credentials, bypass access controls, or use another person's account without permission.

Memberships and Purchases

Paid memberships and digital products provide access to the content or downloads described at checkout. Subscription prices, billing periods, and included access may be shown on the purchase page or checkout page.

You may cancel a subscription anytime. After cancellation, access continues through the period you have already paid for unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with LaxPlaybook, contact us and we will provide your money back.

Refund requests should include the email address used for the purchase so we can locate the transaction and process the request.

Coaching Content

LaxPlaybook content is provided for educational and coaching-information purposes. It is not medical, safety, legal, or official rulebook advice. You are responsible for adapting drills, practice plans, strategies, and teaching points to your athletes, rules body, facility, equipment, supervision level, and local safety requirements.

Permitted Team Use

Subject to these Terms, Coach Sports LLC gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use LaxPlaybook content for your own coaching, teaching, team planning, and player-development work.

You may share, print, or use drills, plans, diagrams, and teaching ideas with your own team or staff. You may not resell, sublicense, republish, upload, distribute, scrape, package, or commercially exploit LaxPlaybook content as a competing product, public resource library, course, database, or downloadable collection without written permission.

User Submissions

If you submit comments, messages, requests, feedback, questions, or other materials, you are responsible for what you submit. You grant Coach Sports LLC permission to use those submissions to operate, support, improve, and promote the site, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential team strategy, private athlete information, medical information, or content you do not have the right to share.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the site for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with site security, access controls, billing systems, or technical operations.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as permitted for your own team use.
• Share paid account access outside your own account or authorized organization.
• Upload or submit material that violates another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

LaxPlaybook, including site design, text, diagrams, videos, downloads, branding, organization, and other content, is owned by Coach Sports LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited use rights stated in these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The site may use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, email, video, search, assistant features, and other operations. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Coach Sports LLC is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us.

Disclaimers

The site and content are provided as available and without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or that any coaching method will produce a particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Sports LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the site or other users, failed to pay amounts owed, or used the site in a way that could harm Coach Sports LLC, LaxPlaybook, or others.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised Terms apply to your use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
