Place the girls in a straight line or light stagger. They will be in constant motion throughout the drill.
Have the group begin at a slow pace so they can learn the timing of the flips and catches.
The key rule: the inside player flips the ball to the next cutter. This flip should be controlled, short, and easy to catch.
The player coming around catches the ball in her outside hand, keeping her body between the defender (imaginary) and the stick.
