Midfield Mastery: On-Sides / Off-Sides Transition Drill
This drill is a fun, high-energy way to teach players how to use the midfield line strategically during clears and rides. It reinforces offside awareness while helping players understand how to manipulate field positioning to their advantagein transition.

Line Pass Challenge
This drill enhances teamwork, passing accuracy, and strategic movements by requiring players to successfully pass the ball across a defined line without physically crossing it. It's particularly beneficial for teams with limited space, fostering key skills in a compact area while goalies warm up.

Enhancing skills in clearing, cutting, communication, and stamina in lacrosse. Teams are split into two 5v5 groups at opposite ends of the field, with the goal of clearing the ball to teammates across the 50-yard line without physical crossing, thereby improving strategic movement and team coordination.

The Substitution Box Drill
When I first started playing lacrosse at 12 years old, I was a defenseman, and I still remember the moment I got the ball, ran it up to the midfield line, and then—bam—it felt like I hit a brick wall. I froze, completely unsure of what to do next, even though I understood it in practice and could explain it perfectly on a whiteboard, because we had never actually practiced it in a live-game scenario.

Break out and clear long passing drill
The idea is to use more of the field to make the passes longer while throwing to players breaking up the field much like in real games.
