On man-up or against a zone, identify the defender responsible for closing out and getting a stick on the shooter’s hands, then seal his direct path before the pass arrives. By forcing that defender to go around the seal, the shooter gains the extra second needed to catch and shoot with his hands free.
A simple shape change forces a man-down defense to completely rewrite their responsibilities on the fly. Going from two crease threats to none flips the job of the middle defender, overloads the outside, and pushes communication to its breaking point—all without the offense running a single play.

It may look chaotic, but it is actually very simple. Two triangles rotate simultaneously and continuously towards the goal, from top to bottom and across from each other. This constant motion keeps the offense dynamic and the defense off balance, creating numerous opportunities for scoring.
