The 4-Man Crease is an offensive lacrosse concept that uses coordinated player movement around the crease to change the formation and create attacking opportunities.

The play design focuses on positioning players near the middle of the offensive zone while the other players adjust their positions around the action.

The play begins with the offense spread across the field. Four players are positioned in the central area near the crease, while the remaining players occupy wider positions.

As the play develops, the players move around the crease and change their relative positioning. This movement creates different passing options and requires the defense to adjust to the changing offensive shape.
