Starting Position: Stand in front of the wall with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Keep your body stable and the stick vertical in your hands.
Grip Control: Use both hands on the stick, but make sure the bottom hand stays loose. This hand should guide the motion smoothly, not grip too tightly.
Behind-the-Back Motion: Throw the ball against the wall with a quick, fluid behind-the-back release. Maintain the same stick motion and mechanics used in your front passes, just executed from a different angle.
Catching the Rebound: Catch the ball cleanly on the bounce-back without moving your feet. Keep your eyes on the target spot on the wall, not on the stick head.
