Initial setup: place players in pairs, facing each other about 3–4 meters apart. Each player needs their own stick.
Basic position: make sure each player has firm feet, hands in the correct stick position, and eyes on their partner.
Flip motion: the first player holds the ball in the pocket and, instead of making a full pass, “flips” the ball with a short, controlled motion — almost like a miniature pass.
Reception: the partner should catch the ball softly and immediately prepare to flip it back.
