Dodging Spacing and Sell Drill

This drill focuses on improving an attacker’s spacing, timing, and ability to “sell” her dodge to the defender. By starting with simple repetitions and gradually increasing defensive pressure, players learn to execute realistic dodges at full speed while maintaining the right distance from their defender.

Pair up players in attacker–defender pairs.

Position both about 10 yards apart, facing each other.

The attacker (Caitlyn in the example) starts with the ball.
