Goal Placement: Position two lacrosse goals at the restraining lines, but have them face the end lines rather than the center of the field.

Player Lines: Organize lines of three offensive players close to each end line. Position lines of two defensive players off the playing area, on the sidelines near the midfield.

Starting the Drill: Three offensive players begin by running from their end line towards the goal, covering about 60-70 yards.

Defensive Entry: As the offensive players advance, two defenders enter the field from the sideline to engage them.
