The pick-the-picker is an offensive concept built around one simple idea:

After a player sets a pick, another teammate immediately sets a pick for her.

The first picker does not remain stationary or watch the play develop. As soon as she helps free one teammate, she becomes the next player the offense tries to free.

This creates a chain of off-ball movement around the 8-meter and forces defenders to communicate through multiple actions.
