Set up the conesArrange 5 to 7 cones in a zigzag pattern, spaced 3–5 meters apart, covering a total distance of about 20–25 meters.
Assign rolesOne player is the attacker (with the ball) and the other is the defender. The attacker’s goal is to move through the zigzag, changing direction at each cone as if dodging an opponent.
Begin the drillThe attacker starts moving through the cones. The defender mirrors the movements, staying in front and using drop steps, quick footwork, and proper defensive stance.
Apply legal pressureThe defender should keep a legal body position, maintain stick pressure, and aim to control the attacker's path without reaching or overcommitting.
