The tight formation increases difficulty in passing while working on quick passing and getting off a quick shot on goal.QUICK BALL MOVEMENT IS THE GOAL

4 players are tight around the goal in a box formation in front of the goal.

2 players start in front of the goal to play defense.

When a player on the outside drops the ball or misses a shot he goes into the middle.  A player that was in the middle goes back in line.  The next player in line fills in for the player who caused the error.
