Set Up Pairs Put players in groups of two. One begins as the ball carrier and the other as the mirror.
First Movement The ball carrier makes a strong split dodge to one side and drives up to the “island” (5 yards above and 5 yards out from the crease).
Mirroring Action As the carrier drives, the mirror cuts opposite—pushing toward the backside pipe to stay balanced with the play.
Pass and Reset Once at the island, the carrier turns and passes the ball to the mirror at X. The mirror then continues the motion by moving backside or swinging the ball.
