Introduction: The Give and Go drill is one of the most fundamental exercises for developing offensive skills in men's lacrosse. This play, which involves quick ball circulation between players, is key to breaking down defenses and creating scoring opportunities. Mastering this movement not only improves game vision and player coordination but also helps players learn to use space effectively. This drill is ideal for practicing timing, precision in passing, and the ability to read the defense under pressure.
How to Run the Drill:
Initial Setup: Two lines of offensive players are set up: one at the top of the field and one at the bottom (near the goal).
A player at the top line starts with the ball and passes it to a coach or player positioned at the wing.
