Basic line drill

Organize the players into two lines of 3 to 6 players, standing about 20 yards apart, facing each other.

The first player in one line starts running toward the opposite line.

While running, the player passes the ball to the first player in the opposite line, who is also running toward him.

The player receiving the pass then passes to the next player in the opposite line, continuing the cycle.
