A great stick work drill to start every practice or warm up before games where players get into small groups of 4 and get a lot of touches. I really like this drill as it is an alternative to the old school line drills as the kids get many more touches.

A great stick work drill to start every practice or warm up before games where players get into small groups of 4 and get a lot of touches.  I really like this drill as it is an alternative to the old school line drills as the kids get many more touches.  

Separate into groups of 4, can be separated into a group of 3 if need be

2 players stand 15 yards apart

While running, each middle player passes the ball to the teammate at the end, who will then pass the ball right back to the running player, who continues to run and do the passing with the player on the other side.
