Efficient Lacrosse Training: Technique and Gameplay
This is a two-hour session that combines technical work and gameplay. This session is divided into two parts: technical work and application to the game.
First Part (Technical Work)
Warm-up (10 minutes)
Light jogging
Dynamic stretches with joint mobility: Perform stretches for legs, arms, and torso.
Dynamic and Static Stretching Applied to Lacrosse
Technical Work (60 minutes)
Passing and Receiving (30 minutes)
Form pairs and practice short and long passes.

Box Out Roll Out and Pass
Shooting on Goal (30 minutes)
It is very important to dedicate part of the training to game simulation exercises: shooting on goal.
Here are three very good drills that combine passing and shooting on goal:
Second Part (Application to the Game)
Gameplay (40 minutes)
Mini-game:
Divide the players into two teams.
Play a 15-minute half game, focusing on applying the practiced techniques.
Cool-down (10 minutes)
Light jogging: 5 minutes of light jogging to lower the intensity.
Static stretches: Stretch all major muscle groups.
Dynamic and Static Stretching Applied to Lacrosse
This session will help improve both individual technique and team cohesion through gameplay.
