This is a great drill that forces players to catch the ball at more realistic angles similar to what they will see in a game.

The players who catch the ball in the air, roll a ground ball to the next player. 

The players who receive a ground ball, throw the ball in the air. 

Depending on the number of players in the drill, you can add multiple balls.
