Objective: Learn and improve shooting technique, focusing on accuracy, power, and proper stance.

1. Introduction (10 min)

  • Explanation of Basic Shooting Technique

  • Key points: foot positioning, stick grip, wrist movement, and focus on the target.

  • Demonstration of shooting technique: how to position oneself, body rotation, and how to use hip movement to generate power.

2. Activity Development

Static Shooting (15 min)

  • Objective: Establish a solid technical base for controlled and accurate shooting.

  • Exercise: Players practice shooting from a fixed position, focusing on technique and precision.

  • Instruction: Take shots at the goal without moving. Different distances can be used to vary the exercise. 4 point shooting Drill

Moving Shots (20 min)

  • Objective: Practice controlling the shot while moving, focusing on maintaining accuracy and power.
