[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="1432"] I found this drill on the Championship Productions YouTube channel. This is such a basic and simple drill to get the guys warmed up. It works on the fundamentals of ground balls, passing and shooting with no pressure. Set up: - 3 lines up top - Coach roles out the ball to one of the lines - Player picks up the ball, rolls away and makes a pass - Player who receives the pass makes one more pass to the player who did not pick up the ground ball. - Final player takes a shot from wherever they receive the ball.. Rolling the ball to a random player keeps the players on their toes. Giving that the first player the option of who to pass to can promote creativity.
